So how does this affect rentals?
We have noticed at the beginning of our leasing season, our properties are renting faster than ever. We will list a property for rent and have applications on it much quicker than in the past! With so many new residents moving to Richmond, the demand for rentals and homes is increasing more than ever! New tenants have to be competitive when it comes to finding a lease just like the current home sales market.
As Richmond continues to grow and bring in new residents, it will be fun to watch the areas in the city that continue to expand to adapt to this growth!
